In order to maintain our brand values we have introduced the following Seller Agreement that we ask all customers to adhere to:

All LYDC, Anna Smith and DSUK branded products must now be sold at a minimum of 2.75 times (minimum) the wholesale cost on all outlets including Shops and any Online Stores. We reserve the right to refuse sales to any traders who fail to follow the pricing agreement. Please note that our branded products, detailed above may not be sold on eBay, Amazon, Facebook, Market stalls, Handbag parties, selling apps such as Depop or any other outlets that would effect our brands identity. 

We do not have any pricing policy covering our Gessy & Key West products.

To help our customers we have also improved our website!

As a result of on-going customer research, we have made the decision to improve our website order system, based on your requirements and the new system has many advanced features and is more user-friendly.

For security reasons, when logging in to the new Gessy website, please click 'forgotten password' to request a new password.

The website is no longer in closed-circuit, which means potential stockists can view the full collection of wholesale bags, purses and shoes (without the price) before they commit to opening a trade account with us.
The trade price remains protected and only clients who have trading accounts will be able to see the price after logging in to their account.

1. Product Display
With the enhanced photo viewing function, the colour of the products can be displayed in better quality and is much easier to access. We now show the colour pad on each product page, once a colour is selected, the display image will change accordingly.
The new website has multi-view images for each product, so you can see the bags from every angle.

2. Stock Inventory
The new website allows us to monitor the inventory change every hour - therefore stock levels are updated frequently from both the website and cash & carry. This means that every time you log into your trader account you will see the products that are in stock. For any styles that are out of stock the ‘add to shopping bag’ button will be removed and a notice will be displayed on the product page. If a style is not available to buy, you can add the style to your wish list and we will let you know once it is back in stock again.

3. Order Process
Placing an order for wholesale bags and purses has become much easier with the new website. The ordering process is easy to manage and you can track your order as soon as you are logged in. In addition the system will send you a notification email every time your order status changes. You can view your current order details and order history from ‘my account’
The new website also has an internal messaging system which you can use to contact us about delivery, returns and exchanges.

4. Payment
As stock inventory is up to date, everything displayed on the website when you place your order are all in stock. All orders need to be paid immediately after the check out with credit or debit card. Stock is on a first come first serve basis - unfortunately we CANNOT reserve any unpaid stock from website orders. Once the order has been submitted and paid for, no changes can be made to the order. We can no longer add or remove item(s) from your order after this point.
